Aden Pumps is a Gujarat-based manufacturer of borewell, open well and residential water pumps. Every unit is wound, assembled and tested in-house against ISI, BEE, ISO 9001:2015 and CE requirements before it reaches a farm, home or job site.

About Aden
A family-run factory that still tests every pump by hand
We started Aden Pumps in 2002 with a simple goal: build a submersible pump that a farmer or a plumber would not have to think twice about buying a second time. Two decades later, that is still the job. Our factory in Shapar, near Rajkot, handles winding, assembly and testing under one roof, so nothing about quality is outsourced or left to chance.
We are not the biggest name in the pump industry, and we do not try to be. What we control closely is consistency, the same copper grade, the same stainless steel shaft, the same thermal-protection standard, on the pump we ship this week as on the one we shipped last year.

What actually goes inside an Aden pump
Every part is picked for one job: keep running underwater, under load, for years. Here is what that means in practice.
- Motor shell
Seamless or stainless-steel pipe, sized to resist dents and corrosion over a long service life.
- Stator & winding
CRNGO or silicon-steel stator with EC-grade copper winding and PVC insulation for heat resistance.
- Rotor
A dynamically balanced squirrel-cage rotor, which keeps vibration and noise low at running speed.
- Shaft & bearings
Stainless-steel shaft on Teflon-based thrust bearings, chosen to resist hard or sandy water.
- Impeller & bowl
Mixed-flow or radial-flow design in engineering plastic, stainless steel or cast iron, matched to the application.
Reliability
Built to keep running where it counts
Our submersible motors run fully underwater without overheating, using less power than older motor designs to move the same amount of water. The sealed motor housing keeps water and grit away from the windings, and built-in thermal overload protection shuts the pump down safely before heat becomes damage, whether that pump is in a deep borewell, hard-water territory, or ground with a light sand content.

Do you supply pumps outside Gujarat?
Yes. We reach customers across India through a network of dealers and distributors, alongside direct supply from our Rajkot factory. Get in touch and we'll point you to a dealer near you or discuss direct supply.
Can I get a single-phase submersible pump?
Yes, the V4 range is built in both single-phase and three-phase versions. Single-phase models are common in rural homes and farms without three-phase power access.
How do I choose the right pump for my borewell?
Four numbers matter: borewell diameter, depth to water level, required flow rate in litres per hour, and total head in metres. Share these with our team by phone or WhatsApp and we'll recommend a model.
